IB Quant Research Analyst AVP

Role Overview: As an AVP Full Stack UI Developer, you will be responsible for the full life cycle development of the custom in-house Banking Data Platform used by IB front office employees. Your main focus will be on building an enterprise-grade scalable user interface for applications like Deal Analytics, ECC memo, and Sentiment Analysis. Additionally, you will provide assistance to support teams in resolving complex technical issues. In your capacity as the lead UI Developer, you will also supervise junior UI developers located in India. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a scalable user interface for various applications such as Deal Analytics, ECC memo, and Sentiment Analysis. - Lead and oversee junior UI developers to ensure project success. - Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Implement full stack application development strategies. - Utilize UI technologies including React JS and AngularJS. - Incorporate Web UI technologies like HTML and Advanced CSS. - Build and integrate with Rest APIs. - Familiarize yourself with various JavaScript frameworks such as ReachJS, AngularJS, jQuery, BackboneJS, and Foundation. - Apply Agile development methodology and software design patterns. - Gain exposure to Mobile development and adapt quickly to new technologies. - Demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
