IB Behavioural Counselor

You are invited to join our IB school community as an experienced and empathetic IB Behavioural Counselor. Your role will involve providing one-on-one and group counseling to support students" emotional, social, and academic well-being. You will be responsible for designing and implementing behavioral support programs in alignment with the IB philosophy. Collaboration with teachers and parents to ensure holistic student development is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, conducting awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, and life skills and creating a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for students are crucial responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Psychology/Counseling or related field. - IB Category 1 Certification Mandatory. - Prior experience as a counselor in IB/International schools preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
