IB Behavioural Counselor

As an IB Behavioural Counselor at our IB school in Hyderabad, Telangana, your role will involve providing essential counseling services to support students" emotional, social, and academic well-being. You will collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure holistic student development, design behavioral support programs in line with the IB philosophy, and conduct awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, and life skills. Your ability to create a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for students is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one and group counseling to support students" emotional, social, and academic well-being. - Design and implement behavioral support programs aligned with the IB philosophy. - Collaborate with teachers and parents for holistic student development. - Conduct awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, and life skills. - Create a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for students. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Psychology/Counseling or related field. - IB Category 1 Certification Mandatory. - Prior experience as a counselor in IB/International schools preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
