We work closely with farmers, FPOs, and agri-organizations to promote data-driven and eco-friendly farming practices. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic male candidate from Chhattisgarh to lead our B2B business development initiatives . The ideal candidate, as a Business Growth Executive, will build and manage partnerships with FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), KVKs (Krishi Vigyan Kendras), NGOs f or the distribution of our organic products and farm services. Location: Chhattisgarh (Field Role) Company: iAvenue Labs Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and establish partnerships with FPOs, KVKs, and NGOs across Chhattisgarh. 2. Schedule and conduct meetings with institutional partners to introduce iAvenue Labs’ offerings. 3. Support the execution of MoUs, partnership agreements, and follow-up activities. 4. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of B2B clients. 5. Represent iAvenue Labs at relevant agricultural events, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings. 6. Provide weekly reports and updates on business development progress and targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Rural Management, or related field. 2. 1–3 years of experience in agribusiness, rural marketing, or institutional sales preferred. 3.
