The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and release of film capacitors/materials, ensuring technical support to production and quality teams. Key Responsibilities: Perform design calculations, simulations, and product development based on design guidelines. Create models and drawings using SolidEdge and/or Creo. Maintain and update design documentation and BOMs. Lead production support and product launches, ensuring quality and timeliness. Co-ordinate with production, quality, process engineering, customer service, and others. Execute cost-reduction and defect-free product initiatives. Approve and characterize new materials; resolve raw material quality issues. Handle change management processes and adhere to APQP, FMEA, DVP&R. Understanding of RoHS, REACH, and other regulatory requirements. SAP end-user experience; MS Office proficiency. Strong project viability, risk assessment, and failure analysis skills. Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams (China, Europe, USA). Strong communication, initiative-taking, and team-oriented mindset.
