Role Overview – Junior Technical Trainers This is an exciting opportunity for fresh B.Tech graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs) who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and coding. You’ll start your career as part of our technical training team , helping learners strengthen their coding skills, while pursuing a sponsored M.Tech degree under our Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP). The role is remote-friendly but requires frequent travel PAN-India for training deployments at client locations—an opportunity to gain exposure across industries and institutions. Key Responsibilities Assist senior trainers in delivering live technical sessions and managing coding labs. Provide real-time mentorship and technical support to learners. Evaluate assignments, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot/debug coding issues and help learners strengthen concepts. Create learning aids such as cheat sheets, FAQs, and guides. Engage with learners to ensure high participation and outcomes. Travel across India for training deployments . Who Can Apply B.Tech / B.E. graduates ( CS, IT, ECE, or related streams ) – 2024/2025 batch. Strong knowledge of at least one programming language ( Java, Python, JavaScript, etc. ). Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage). Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and learner success. Open to a 3-year commitment under the WILP program. Compensation 3.5 LPA during the first two years. 6.0 LPA from the third year onwards, based on successful WILP completion & performance. As an SME, you will design and deliver world-class learning experiences, mentor trainers, and drive how cutting-edge skills are taught at scale. The position is primarily hands-on content ownership, with occasional travel required to client sites or our headquarters. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of curriculum and assessments across your specialization. Create challenging projects, problem sets, and assessments that combine academic rigor with industry relevance. Research emerging tools, technologies, and pedagogical methods to continuously refine content strategy. Collaborate with product, content, and instructional design teams to build scalable and interactive learning paths. Mentor junior SMEs/trainers, review their work, and ensure the highest standards of quality. Contribute to the learner community through webinars, hackathons, and thought leadership content. What Were Looking For 4+ years of hands-on industry or training experience in one or more relevant domains (Software Development, Data, AI/ML, Testing/SDET, DSA). Strong expertise in core concepts, system design, and problem-solving. Ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging and structured learning experiences. Experience in creating structured technical content (MOOCs, LMS, bootcamps, enterprise training, etc.). Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. An academic and research-oriented mindset with a focus on quality. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Nice to Have Experience mentoring in coding/technical communities. Exposure to competitive programming, open-source projects, or technical content creation (YouTube, blogs, etc.). Familiarity with AI-driven pedagogy, personalized learning paths, or learning analytics.
