IAM Solution Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Solution Architect to join our growing team in a hybrid location in Pune. With over 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the Access4You Service Hub project, which focuses on providing secure access to the global Telekom World through a single sign-on solution. Your responsibilities will include bundling identity authentication and authorization activities for internal tools and services of Deutsche Telekom, as well as managing the VDS virtual desktop services. As a Solution Architect, your main focus will be on designing end-to-end solutions that meet both business needs and technical requirements. You will work closely with Agile teams to develop and harmonize various products and services within our environment. Your expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, One Identity, and SavvySuite will be essential, along with experience in operating systems, databases, directory services, access management, and identity management layers. In addition to your technical skills, you should have a solid understanding of modern authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth2.0, and OpenID Connect. Experience in microservices architecture, API gateway technologies, and designing solutions for multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) will be highly beneficial. Knowledge of at least one programming language is preferred. Your role will also involve translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, and collaborating with third-party vendors to integrate solutions into the overall architecture. You will be responsible for defining and enforcing architecture principles, standards, and best practices, as well as communicating technical concepts and solutions to various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Knowledge of German is a plus.
