We are seeking a skilled Lead Java Engineer who is passionate about frontend development with Angular and possesses a strong understanding of backend technologies. As an experienced Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development of critical applications and products. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting the IQ product within the Identity Management system. This involves triaging and refining incidents, troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, bug fixing, and ensuring unit test coverage and automation. You will be tasked with establishing tools to monitor and manage SLAs, assisting in triaging incoming requests, supporting the deployment process including hotfix releases, and collaborating with new feature development teams for cross-team knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating documentation, managing the change management process, negotiating with client support services, and providing day-to-day leadership to the engineering team. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 9 to 15 years of experience in Java development, a proven track record of running Support Services with committed SLAs, hands-on experience with incident management processes, a deep understanding of ITIL processes, and proficiency in Metrics & KPIs. You should also have advanced knowledge of Angular, engineering excellence principles, and experience leading large-scale technical teams. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Microservices are essential requirements. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of IAM, experience with Continuous Delivery, expertise in instrumenting code for production performance metrics, and a good understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles.
