Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and security-focused Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) components for our modern SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) , building secure microservices using Java Spring Boot . Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure IAM systems supporting RBAC and ABAC models Develop authentication, authorization, user provisioning, and policy evaluation microservices using Spring Boot Define and manage access policies, roles, groups, permissions, and attributes Collaborate with security architects to ensure compliance with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, etc. Integrate with internal microservices and external identity providers (Okta, Keycloak, Azure AD) Implement fine-grained access controls and dynamic authorization logic Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation Ensure performance, reliability, and security of IAM services Follow DevSecOps practices including secure coding, testing, and monitoring Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including RBAC , ABAC , authentication/authorization protocols, and directory services Solid understanding of microservices architecture , API security , and distributed systems Familiarity with OAuth2 , OIDC , SAML , JWT security models Experience with policy engines such as OPA , Keycloak Authorization Services , or XACML Proficiency in RESTful API development and secure coding practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS access control models Experience with SCIM for user/group provisioning Knowledge of auditing , logging , and monitoring access events

As a skilled Manual Tester with 2-4 years of experience in Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies, you will be joining our team in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of Access Management solutions by identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. Collaboration with the development team to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies will be a key aspect of your role. Thorough regression testing will also be conducted by you when defects are resolved. Communication of test results, issues, and concerns effectively with the team is essential. Maintaining documentation of test results and providing regular status updates will be part of your routine tasks. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in manual testing and IAM technologies is crucial for this role. As a Security Architect & Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing secure architectures, implementing effective security controls, and supporting security operations across IT and cloud environments. Your responsibilities will involve creating long-term security strategies aligned with business goals, evaluating security technologies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In the realm of Security Architecture, you will be tasked with designing secure and scalable architectures that seamlessly integrate with existing IT systems. Your role will also involve recommending security technologies, frameworks, and practices across IT, OT, and cloud environments. Implementing access control and identity management measures will be essential, including least privilege, RBAC, MFA, and SSO controls. You should have at least 3 years of experience working with Golang. It is important to have a strong understanding of software development principles and patterns. Proficiency in working with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID and famous cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Additional expertise in tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Okta is highly desirable. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integration of IAM into CI/CD pipelines. Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for IAM tasks. Exposure to Zero Trust Architecture and modern identity-centric security models.

Required Skills and Experience: 4+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ implementation and development. Solid understanding of IAM concepts : provisioning, governance, access certification, RBAC, SoD, and policies. Experience with SailPoint Rule and Workflow development using Beanshell, XML, and Java. Hands-on experience with SailPoint REST APIs , SCIM , and Connector configuration . Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.). Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Shell) is a plus. Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD , and agile methodologies. Strong communication and documentation skills.
