Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Technology Services Group. This role is located in Chennai,TN. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Mastery in IAM components such as centralized authentication platform, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management Thorough understanding of Identity Lifecycle particularly with privileged accounts Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and full understanding of configuration settings for maintaining efficient and secure systems Strong motivation to analyze and improve infrastructure to optimize performance and security. To be successful in this role, were seeking the following: Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with enterprise-level support of business-critical services.
