Job Purpose As an Industrial Air Filtration (IAF) Aftermarket Territory Manager, the job responsibilities will be to grow and develop the Dust Collector spare and service business within your assigned territory. Key Accountabilities Identify the essential accountabilities of the role (5-6) and their purpose. It should NOT be a list of tasks that the jobholder must perform. Instead it should be a description of the duty areas and each duty typically refers to a number of tasks. Identify the key performance measurement criteria which should be quantitative and qualitative Generate new business and penetrate existing accounts AFM products Responsible for Sales and Margins of assigned territory Maintain relationship with all customers in assigned territory End to End accountability from generating RFQ to getting payments Penetrate existing Donaldson Dust Collector Customers and new customer for will fit Achieve or exceed annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and objectives. Consistently improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies. Work closely with Operations teams and other departments/internal businesses within to maximize sales volume, margin and customer satisfaction. Appoint and develop channel partners Travel as per requirement Complete weekly activity reports Perform other tasks as assigned. . Key Qualifications & Requirements Specific academic or professional qualifications/experience/competence necessary for this position Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent work experience. Technical Competence & Skills: Experience in Air Filter / Air Pollution Control Industry Understanding of Engineering Applications, Drawings & Datasheets Handling Distributors and MROs Ability to interact at all customer levels (user to CXO) Past experience in Industrial Sales Strong commercial acumen Effective oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Open to travel extensively. Leadership Competence: Strategic Thinking Skills Exceptional Customer Service Orientation Self-starter with the highest degree of energy, self-confidence and integrity and the ability to perform well with-out daily supervision. Motivational & Influential skills Decision Making Ability Relevant Experience: 10 years of experience Experience in Air Filter/Air Pollution Control Industry Others (% of travel, language, etc.): English & Hindi 60-70% Travel
