We are looking for a dynamic and detail-focused Video Producer to take charge of the entire video content creation process at each IACE campus. In this role, you’ll oversee everything from concept development and shoot coordination to footage management, video editing, content delivery, and cross-campus content alignment. You’ll serve as both a producer and creative lead, fully dedicated to driving impactful storytelling on campus every day. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Video Producer, Director, or similar role in video production. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in direction, cinematography, video production, or editing Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in video production.
