As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver SaaS support and solutions to the Oracle customer in Customer Success Services while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving SaaS Ap-plications technical/non-technical customer incidents via Incident Management System and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in OKD or OpenShift . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Kubernetes-based platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. This role involves deploying, maintaining, and optimizing our container platform infrastructure while ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and manage OKD or OpenShift clusters in production and staging environments. Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Tekton. Troubleshoot cluster issues, including pod failures, resource bottlenecks, and deployment errors. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed. Work closely with development and operations teams to support containerized application deployments. Ensure platform security through access controls, network policies, and regular patching. Document platform architecture, processes, and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: 23 years of hands-on experience with OKD or OpenShift . Strong knowledge of Kubernetes concepts , including pods, services, deployments, and namespaces. Experience with containerization tools like Docker. Familiarity with Helm , Operators , or OpenShift Templates. Knowledge of DevOps practices , CI/CD , and infrastructure as code (IaC) . Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash , Python , or Go . Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus , Grafana , or ELK stack . Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or GCP . Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration . Familiarity with GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
