The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a strong understanding of modern enterprise architecture. As the AVP Technology, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end technology strategy, overseeing product development, managing technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Operations, and Business teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the technology function. You will lead a team of engineering managers, developers, and architects, ensuring best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, data security, and system integration. A deep understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies is essential. Key Responsibilities Define and implement technology strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software platforms and digital products. Manage and mentor high-performing technology teams. Oversee system architecture, code quality, and technical operations. Ensure robust security, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Stay ahead of technology trends and guide innovation initiatives. Coordinate with senior leadership on budgets, timelines, and resource planning. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth or enterprise environment. Strong experience in software architecture, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
