Role: Sales | Manager / Deputy Manager - Fan Sales - North Reporting to: Business Head Fan Business Location: New Delhi The main purpose of this role is to promote and propose FlaktGroup equipment to Clients, Consultants, Contractors. Lead front line sales activity including identifying potential opportunities & developing solutions with existing & new customers in FAN segment. Role will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention. Main Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for front-end sales activities and generating new business opportunities. In addition to having prior experience in HVAC Commercial & residential buildings with Ventilation Fan Sales, incumbent to have prior experience with Industrial belt in Northern India and focus on developing business from Industrial belts in South India Prior experience with Ventilation Fans in North India o Must have working relationship with Key HVAC Design Consultants in North India market specifically in Delhi/NCR region. o Business Development through Design Consultants, Key Accounts and Contractors and Stakeholders to develop recurring & long-term business. Ability to close orders individually o Preparing annual budget and delivering numbers over the budget Order bookings & revenue o Prior Ventilation experience in Industrial applications / Process Ventilation will be an added advantage o Becoming the expert and go-to person for Key Accounts and handling complex technical issues and compliance. o Leading of & pro-active consulting in technical discussion with Designers / MEP teams o Working closely with internal & external stakeholders to create customer specific solutions. o Comprehending and ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, interconnection, transmission operator and client rules, regulations and standards. Capable of understanding and complying with the contractual terms outlined in various agreements and contracts. Attending project sites to support customer Coordination with Factory teams to serve customers Publishes original materials and continually enhances documentation surrounding the processes, procedures, responsibility matrix and tools to be used during various project phase. Track multiple work task schedule and proactively identifies schedule constraints. Preparing and maintaining up to date file, records and reports on status, progress & market data. Person Specification/Profile Academic & Other Requirements: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10-12 years of Sales experience in selling to core to various application projects for Ventilation Fans Buildings segment, Industry such as Steel, Power, Cement, Petrochemical, Chemical, Glass, Industrial OEM et. in Sales of Fans. Basic Knowledge of Fan Engineering. Basic knowledge of Commercial Terms & Conditions. Confident & experienced Salesperson with experience in handling Ventilation Fans and lead discussions with customers, consultants and contractors Team-oriented individuals with the ability to shift focus quickly and efficiently between varying tasks and priorities. Good communication and presentation skills. o Must be target oriented with fire in the belly. Ability to organize and coordinate with cross functional teams. Reasonable IT skills with competence in the use of MS office software. Flexible approach and strong team working capabilities, prepared to support colleagues in the achievement of Company priorities and objectives. Frequent travel required across North India region and to remote areas in Various Industrial belts. Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement annual recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals. Prepare HR MIS reports and review HR documentation monthly. Execute offboarding procedures, including full & final settlements and exit interviews. 6. Employee Engagement Design and implement engagement programs and activities. Administer Rewards & Recognition programs and conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys. Organize outdoor and team-building activities. 7. HR Policy & Process Management Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs regularly. Conduct employee awareness sessions to ensure compliance and understanding of HR guidelines. Act as a support system for employees seeking clarification or assistance on HR matters. 8. Documentation & Letters Draft and issue key employee documents including: Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) and Increment Letters Bonafide Letters, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) Resignation Acceptance and Relieving Letters 9. Records Management Maintain and regularly update employee records and personal files. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of the employee database. 10. Vendor & Administration Coordination Handle vendor management related to HR and administration services. Supervise the Admin SPOC and coordinate with vendors for routine and ad-hoc requirements.
