i-engage, a growing digital marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Indore. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and designing visuals for branding, digital campaigns, social media, and packaging. If you are passionate about creativity, design trends, and storytelling through visuals, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Design and develop creatives for social media, websites, digital ads, and campaigns Work on branding projects including logos, packaging, and marketing collaterals Collaborate with the creative and strategy team for brainstorming and ideation Research industry trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table Create sketches, refine concepts, and deliver high-quality final outputs Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) Good sense of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Detail-oriented, adaptive, and open to feedback Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, or campaign design work Experience & Qualification 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (interns/freshers with strong portfolios are welcome) Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred Working Hours 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) 2nd and 4th Saturday – Work From Home Perks & Benefits Paid Leaves Emergency Work-from-Home option 2nd and 4th Saturday WFH Growth-oriented, collaborative, and creative work culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
