Role Overview: We’re hiring a B2B & Corporate Gifting Sales Specialist to drive business across corporates, gifting companies, institutions, and export buyers. This role demands strong communication, sales strategy, and CRM-based pipeline management to meet volume targets and build long-term relationships. Our products are designed to elevate everyday spaces and offer thoughtful, sensory-rich gifting solutions. As we grow, we're looking for smart, driven professionals to lead key verticals—and gifting is a big one. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert new B2B and corporate gifting leads Approach HR heads, admin teams, procurement, and agencies for bulk gifting deals Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) Prepare customised proposals, presentations, and quotations Follow up persistently and close deals within defined timelines Track leads, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM; maintain accurate reports Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure timely execution Represent the brand at exhibitions and client meetings Report weekly sales performance and feedback to the leadership team Candidate Profile: 2–4 years of experience in B2B, institutional, or corporate sales Prior experience in lifestyle, FMCG, gifting, or home fragrance industry preferred Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
