Job Summary: As a Education Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to Meet with the school principal to arrange an orientation appointment. You will be responsible for providing information about our courses, answering inquiries, and persuading interested individuals to enroll in our programs. This role requires excellent communication skills and a leads-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our courses, curriculum, and services to effectively address questions and concerns. Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about course offerings, fees, schedules, and admission procedures to interested individuals. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective students & organizations who have shown interest in our programs Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce our coaching programs and explain the benefits Follow-Up: Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential students to keep them engaged and interested. Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
