Duration & Commitment 🕒 2–3 months | ≈10 hours/week (flexible with academic schedules) 💰 Paid internship Role Overview Join our early-stage team to keep core back-office systems running smoothly. You’ll craft well-structured templates and documents, support internal workflows, and conduct research on talent sourcing and startup funding opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems thinking, operational precision, and the fast pace of startup life. Key Responsibilities Template & Document Preparation : Create and version-control documents, slide decks, and templates aligned with our brand. Brand Stewardship : Ensure all internal materials maintain a high standard and follow corporate design guidelines. Process Documentation : Draft clear SOPs and onboarding materials to support knowledge transfer and scaling. Admin & Banking Support : Assist with KYC documentation and banking operations as needed. Talent Research : Identify niche job boards, university portals, and LinkedIn groups for future hiring; maintain contact lists. Startup Ecosystem Mapping : Track relevant accelerators, grants, and funding programs with eligibility and deadline details. Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field Strong research and documentation skills (e.g., through student projects or organizational experience) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication in English Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently Bonus Skills Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite for template refinement
