As a Software Engineer specializing in Java for App2App Integration, you will play a crucial role in the Business Data Cloud Foundation Services team at SAP. Your primary responsibility will be to develop robust and scalable integration mechanisms that facilitate seamless data movement and real-time interoperability across SAP's business applications and the data fabric. By leveraging your expertise in Java, RESTful APIs, Apache Kafka, DevOps, BTP, and Hyperscaler ecosystems, you will contribute to the end-to-end development of services and pipelines supporting distributed data processing, data transformations, and intelligent automation. Your key responsibilities will include developing App2App integration components and services using Java and messaging frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and performant communication across SAP applications, building and maintaining distributed data processing pipelines, and working closely with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
