You should possess proficiency in conducting Linear and Non-linear static analyses, Modal, Harmonic, and PSD response simulations of components and assemblies. Your responsibilities will also include performing duty cycle-based fatigue simulations on 2-wheeler components and sub-assemblies, proposing design optimizations based on FEA analysis, and considering manufacturing and packaging constraints for design changes. Additionally, you will be expected to establish correlations between test results and simulations, guarantee 100% quality and on-time delivery, and focus on weight and cost reduction through optimization techniques. To excel in this role, hands-on experience with tools such as HyperMesh, HyperView, Nastran/Optistruct, and FEMFAT/Hyperlife/n-code is essential. Your functional competencies should encompass product knowledge, product engineering and development, as well as automotive fundamentals. Expertise in model build, analysis and post processing of full vehicle level and system level frequency response analysis with data from RLDA. Expertise in non linear analysis of joint regions, preloaded structures and seals. Experience in certification related crash test at ARAI.
