Detailed job description - Skill Set: Skills required for the job are : Hyperion Infrastructure Management skill is required for managing and supporting the infrastructure of Oracle Hyperion applications. Key duties include: Installation and Configuration : Setting up Hyperion systems (e.g., Essbase, Planning, HFM). Maintenance and Monitoring : Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring availability. Upgrades and Patching : Applying updates to keep the infrastructure secure and efficient. Backup and Recovery : Implementing data backup strategies and recovery solutions. Security Management : Managing user access and securing the environment Needs basic knowledge of HFM application Candidate should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute assigned tasks. Candidate should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. Candidate should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team. Candidate expected to work in US business hours shift and provide support to client personnel till their 5pm EST.
