The Next Chapter Systems Platform (NCSP) programme at Tetra Pak is currently in the process of implementing S/4 Hana to replace the existing SAP ECC solutions within a span of 5 years. To support this crucial initiative, we are looking for skilled SAP S4 Designers to become a part of our dynamic team on the NCSP Journey. As a potential candidate, your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of our NCSP journey by actively participating in requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, cutover, and hyper care phases. Your role as a designer will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SAP best practices and standards, aiming for high-quality deliverables. In this role, your responsibilities will include understanding the business requirements related to Material Master, Variant Configuration, BOM, and Routing, and designing appropriate solutions. You will play a significant role in designing and developing activities within S/4, documenting solutions, participating in testing phases, supporting go-live activities, and providing post go-live assistance. Collaboration with other designers and developers will be essential in ensuring the seamless development of end-to-end solutions. You should be a certified professional with experience in Core HCM and compensation modules of Workday. Your role will involve working on critical incidents related to these modules, resolving issues by analyzing and creating calculation logics, and participating in the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to testing. You will be responsible for gathering requirements for new enhancements, proposing ideas for process improvement, and supporting deployment activities including implementation and hyper care. Your expertise should include knowledge of HCM and related topics for support incidents, compensation configuration, hire to retire business process, supervisory organization setups, and understanding the impact of business process changes. You should have experience in EIB loads and data conversion, handling business process issues, configuring documents, creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts, and Dashboards. Additionally, you should be familiar with handling security issues and reporting experience, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports mainly focused on HCM and compensation reporting. Experience in HCM/Compensation related Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and creating visual reports based on client requirements will be an added advantage.,

You are an experienced and highly motivated WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance solutions, possessing WFS configuration and Integration specialist certifications. As a valuable member of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering implementation, support, and enhancement services across large-scale workforce management platforms. Your expertise is crucial in ensuring the success of various initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end project activities such as requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care for enhancement and implementation projects. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed functional/technical specifications, test plans, training materials, and deployment documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on integrations, data conversion, and reporting will be essential to ensure timely and quality delivery. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert and liaison, supporting client stakeholders, technology partners, and internal teams to drive delivery and continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience implementing WorkForce software, along with configuration specialist certification PT102 and interface certification PT103. Holding a Report Specialist certification (PT125) would be an added advantage. Your hands-on experience and deep knowledge of various aspects such as policy editor, Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings, etc., will enable you to manage configurations independently. Your strong expertise in WorkForce Software (WFS), configuration, integration, Workforce formula Language, and SQL is crucial. Experience across the full project lifecycle, exposure to global rollouts, multi-country timekeeping compliance, and proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies will be beneficial for this role.,
