Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer specializing in dams and hydropower infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design of hydraulic structures such as gravity dams, arch dams, embankment dams, spillways, powerhouses, penstocks, and intake structures. This role requires a strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, hydrology, seismic design, and concrete and steel structures. Key Responsibilities 1. Perform structural design and analysis for new and existing dam and hydropower structures. 2. Prepare technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and design reports. 3. Conduct structural assessments and condition evaluations for existing dams and hydro facilities. 4. Use finite element software (e.g., ANSYS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) for advanced structural modeling. 5. Here's what you'll need The mentioned position shall have the flood hydraulic modelling and hydrology experience on River modelling projects. He shall be a water sector practitioner with thorough experience in the core subject, having a level of expertise and experience commensurate with the position. The candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor of Engineering degree from recognized university, Master’s in environmental/Water Resource Engineering would be an added advantage and must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in Hydrology and River Hydraulic Modelling projects. The candidate should have the experience in hydraulic modelling softwares such as Tuflow and Flood Modeller Pro. Experience in Infoworks ICM will be an added advantage. The candidate shall be performing hydraulic analysis, mitigation modelling, calibration, flood mapping, report drafting and co-ordination with the lead offices on various projects.

We are looking for an experienced Civil 3D Modeler to join our design team. The role involves creating and updating detailed civil infrastructure models and drawings, including pipelines, roads, grading, and utility networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Autodesk Civil3D, attention to detail and ability to work independently while aligning with client standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update plan/profile drawings for roads, pipelines, grading, and terrain using Autodesk Civil3D Develop terrain models, stormwater management layouts, and perform hydrology analysis Design pressure and gravity-based pipe networks Use corridor modeling for road and grading design Produce detailed construction drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications Integrate Civil3D models with Revit, Plant 3D, and other BIM tools Apply knowledge of annotation styles, surfaces, alignments, profiles, feature lines, and volume calculations Attend client meetings, provide project updates, and support project leads Contribute to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
