Responsibilities: Blast loading simulation using Hydrocode modelling and simplified methods. Blast loading structural analysis using SDOF methods and FEA. Conducting code compliant design of structural components in order to mitigate blast and direct impact threats. Interpret and coordinate blast requirements based on Security reports. Contribute to the RD activities of the Advanced Structural Analysis Engineering team. Attend client meetings as / when required. Production of reports and presentations.
