As an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for holding the position of Vice President Marketing and leading the Marketing team both in the country and worldwide. Your expertise in Marketing of Construction Engineering Products to Heavy Civil Construction Works such as Hydro Projects, Dams, Tunnels, Railways, Metros, Thermal Power Plants, and Transportation Sector will be crucial for this role. You are expected to excel in both day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, thriving under tight deadlines to meet the company's Targets. In this role, your main objectives will include establishing positioning, identifying, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. You will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices will be essential for building successful strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. This will require you to complete formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. A metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity, experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field are also required. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy, proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms, and a willingness to travel to India and abroad are additional qualifications sought for this role.
