Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Engineer Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving products, systems, or structures by applying engineering principles, design software, and innovative thinking. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring that designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design engineering solutions, models, and prototypes based on project requirements. Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD and other design software. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to understand design specifications and project objectives. Perform design calculations, simulations, and feasibility studies to validate concepts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines. Modify and revise designs based on feedback, test results, or evolving requirements. Prepare design documentation, reports, and manuals for manufacturing and implementation. Support production and installation teams by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting. Stay updated with the latest engineering design tools, technologies, and trends. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. Proven experience as a Design Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, CREO, or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design standards. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field. Experience with simulation software (ANSYS, MATLAB, etc.). Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems. Exposure to project management tools and methodologies.
