Job Title: Servo Sales Engineer / Manager Location: [Chennai] Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: HOD / Sales Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hydraulic - Servo Sales Engineer/Manager to join our team and drive sales of servo motors, drives, and motion control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in automation or electromechanical systems and a proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell servo motors, drives, and related motion control products to OEMs, system integrators, and industrial clients. Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions to clients. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and generate leads. Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. Technical Knowledge Understanding of hydraulic servo systems, including components like valves, actuators, motors, and control systems. Application Knowledge and ability to analyze customer needs in industries like automotive, manufacturing, injection molding, etc. Troubleshooting Ability can assist with performance issues, sizing, or compatibility questions. Familiarity with PLCs/drives especially when servo systems are integrated with automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field. 26 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in servo motors, drives, or automation. Strong understanding of motion control systems and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Hydraulic-based industry Experience. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Travel and communication allowances.
