Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Press Operator to operate and maintain hydraulic press machines safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine operation, basic maintenance, and quality control to ensure accurate and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic press machines as per production requirements.
• Set up machines, tools, and dies according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure correct pressure, speed, and alignment.
• Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance of machines.
• Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and proper housekeeping standards.
• Work with the production team to meet daily output targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hydraulic Press Operator.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, tooling, and press settings.
• Ability to read job instructions and basic drawings.
• Familiar with measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers (preferred).
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹10,739.99 - ₹29,001.96 per month
