Hydraulic System Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses, to ensure their proper functioning. 2. Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic system issues, such as leaks, pressure problems, and component malfunctions. 3. Hydraulic System Installation: Installing new hydraulic systems or modifying existing ones based on project requirements. 4. Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting hydraulic system schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to understand system layouts and connections. 5. Fluid Handling: Managing hydraulic fluids, including selection, filtration, and monitoring, to maintain fluid quality and prevent contamination. 6. Equipment Testing: Performing tests to verify the performance and safety of hydraulic systems, including pressure testing and flow rate measurements. 7. Component Replacement: Replacing or overhauling hydraulic system components, such as seals, pumps, valves, and hoses, to ensure optimal performance.
