Senior Buisness Development Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site / Hybrid) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Business Development, with proven experience in Facility Management and/or Real Estate industry. Job Summary: Hyderabad Connect is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in our facility management and real estate divisions . The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive both B2B and B2C revenue across residential and commercial verticals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the facility management and property services sector (AMC contracts, deep cleaning, pest control, painting, etc.) Build strategic partnerships with builders, developers, gated communities, property managers , and corporate clients. Pitch and onboard clients for real estate listing services (builders, channel partners, NRI property owners). Design and execute revenue-focused campaigns in coordination with marketing and operations teams. Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Collaborate with the product and service teams to tailor offerings based on market feedback. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets and maintain detailed sales pipelines and CRM updates. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of facility management solutions and real estate marketing . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to generate B2B/B2C leads and convert them into recurring business. Experience in dealing with gated communities, housing societies, commercial facilities , and NRI clientele is a plus. Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and high accountability. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and market research. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of proven sales/business development experience in relevant domains. Experience in working with startups, aggregators, or proptech platforms is an added advantage.
