You have a Hybrid Work IT Support Engineer - Level 3 opportunity with one of our companies based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The job is Full Time Employment with a Hybrid Work Type. The company location is in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the work hours are in the 1st Shift & 2nd Shift. The primary responsibility of this role is to support customers with Production Issues during automation of Network deployment. This role involves challenging tasks such as real-time debugging of issues and providing quick resolutions for network automation. **Job Responsibilities:** - Actively involved in troubleshooting production defects in the customer environment. - Escalate to the next level of support based on the priority of the issue. - Understand customer demands and effectively communicate the nature of the issue and possible service impact. **Competencies Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience in Software development and test Automation. - End-to-end working experience in Automation development in a cloud-native environment. - Proficiency in Automation using Python, JavaScript. - Awareness of SQL is an additional advantage. - Networking knowledge is considered an added advantage. - Knowledge of Automation using TOSCA, mistral engine. - Essential experience with OpenShift, Docker, Helm, and container technologies. - Experience troubleshooting cloud-native applications. - Prior experience working in a Linux environment is a must.,
