📱 Job Opening: Android & iPhone Repair Technician 📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka 🏢 Company: Hybrid Systems 📧 Apply at: hr@hybridsystems.org 🔧 About the Role Hybrid Systems is looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Repair Technician with hands-on experience in servicing both Android smartphones and iPhones. The ideal candidate should be proficient in component-level replacements as well as advanced board-level diagnostics and repairs. ✅ Key Responsibilities Component-Level Repairs: Screen/display replacement (LCD, OLED, Retina) Battery replacement and calibration Charging port, speaker, mic, and camera repairs Back glass and frame replacement Water damage cleaning and recovery Board-Level & Chip-Level Repairs: IC reballing and replacement (charging IC, power IC, audio IC, etc.) NAND and eMMC chip replacement BIOS and firmware flashing CPU and baseband chip diagnostics Microsoldering and jumper wire techniques Use of schematic diagrams and board views for fault tracing 🎯 Candidate Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mobile hardware servicing Proficiency in repairing both Android and iOS devices Familiarity with tools like hot air gun, soldering station, multimeter, and microscope Ability to diagnose faults using schematics and software tools Knowledge of iPhone logic board repair and data recovery is a plus Willingness to work on weekends (Hybrid Systems operates Tuesday–Monday; Tuesday is a weekly holiday) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and documentation skills 💼 What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Incentives for high-performance and fast turnaround Access to advanced tools and repair infrastructure Supportive team and growth opportunities If you're passionate about mobile technology and have a knack for precision repair, we’d love to hear from you.
