Role Overview: You will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and editing high-quality visual content to be used across Mercy Records digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal archives. This role requires a unique blend of artistic creativity and technical precision to visually represent the essence of the brand and the artists the company works with. Key Responsibilities: - Capture still images of studio sessions, jam rehearsals, music events, and artist portraits. - Photograph musical instruments, gear, and equipment for promotional and catalog purposes. - Edit and color-correct images for use across digital platforms, print material, and portfolios. - Plan and shoot high-quality video content including behind-the-scenes footage, artist interviews, promotional reels, and music videos. - Handle lighting setups, camera gear, and sound synchronization as required. - Coordinate with the production team to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines. - Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Add transitions, motion graphics, branding elements, and background music where applicable. - Optimize content formats for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and the company website. - Maintain an organized file structure and backup of all projects and raw footage. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in photography, videography, and editing. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom. - Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. - Familiarity with camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic preferred). - Strong understanding of music-driven content, especially within the Hip-Hop and R&B genres. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A strong creative portfolio demonstrating relevant work experience.
