Equipment usage and maintenance Adhere to equipment operating procedures to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and usage. Ensure proper calibration of HVOF systems for precise coating application. Job objectives compliance Follow strict adherence to HVOF process parameters and standards. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality control. Minimize material wastage through efficient operation. Document production data in the Production system accurately. Performance Indicators Achievement of production targets with minimal rework. Compliance with coating thickness and quality specifications. Reduction in equipment downtime due to proactive maintenance. Preferred candidate profile Perform blasting and coating operations in compliance with dimensional, structural, and quality specifications.
