Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facilities management operations, implementing efficient maintenance processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery, managing building engineering systems, and handling operational challenges. The candidate will work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions and ensure the seamless operation of facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC systems, and Boiler maintenance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in facilities management, operations management, or a similar field
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain high organizational standards
• Prior experience in commercial real estate, healthcare, or industrial facilities is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is preferred
