Responsibilities: - Design HVAC/Plumbing systems and create detailed construction document drawing sets for US Projects. - Collaborate with architectural, structural, electrical, and process teams in real-time to develop designs. - Design central plants utilizing various systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, pumping systems, temperature control systems, and more. - Perform design calculations for internal plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, rainwater disposal, and relevant design calculations as per standards. - Survey existing systems for documentation and condition assessment. - Review project files for compliance with standards and protocols. - Develop diagrams and construction documents, applying applicable local codes and standards. - Meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Coordinate and monitor shop drawings submission schedules. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and checklists for every project.
