Should be well versed with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and regulations. Should have experience in commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects from different geographies - USA, Canada, ANZ Region. Experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer - Specialized in HVAC Design. Should be capable of leading the discussions with the Client and lead projects for the HVAC Disciplines. Should be able to take Design decisions independently. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar BIM tools. Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE). Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or in related field. Data center specific design certifications such as Certified Data Centre Design Professional (CDCDP), Data Centre Energy Practitioner (DCEP), or Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP) are beneficial. Required Experience: Moderate level of experience in facilities design and planning, Moderate level of experience of data center infrastructure, power and cooling systems, and IT equipment.
