Key Result Areas : HVAC Project Coordinator

• Coordinate daily project activities between clients, technicians, vendors, and site teams.
• Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
• Ensure material planning, procurement follow-up, and timely delivery to site.
• Monitor site execution quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as work orders, BOQs, delivery challans, and project files.
• Track project costs, billing status, and support in raising invoices.
• Organize and record site inspections, testing & commissioning updates.
• Follow up with clients for approvals, drawings, and site clearance requirements.
• Resolve site-level issues by coordinating with internal teams and providing timely solutions.
• Ensure project completion within timelines and support in handover documentation & closure reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹46,915.04 per month
