We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager Domestic (Energy Efficiency Solutions) to lead sales efforts in Gurgaon and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling energy-efficient technologies and services such as lighting retrofits, HVAC upgrades, energy audits, automation solutions, or similar B2B offerings within the Indian market. Keywords:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors for energy efficiency projects. Promote solutions like energy audits, LED retrofitting, HVAC optimization, automation systems, and performance contracting models . Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, technical discussions, and proposal development to final closure. Engage with key decision-makers including facility managers, procurement heads, energy consultants, and CXOs. Conduct site visits, energy assessments (with technical teams), and present business cases for energy savings. Collaborate with engineering, project execution, and finance teams to ensure successful delivery. Stay current on industry trends, BEE regulations, and government initiatives promoting energy efficiency. Maintain detailed client records and report performance via CRM tools. 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 5 years in the Energy Efficiency domain (domestic market). Work Experience: 57 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 5 years in the Energy Efficiency domain (domestic market). Required Skills: Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate. Proven experience selling to commercial buildings, manufacturing units, hospitals, hotels, or government facilities. Strong consultative selling, project scoping, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
