Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP BIM Modeller with 3 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating BIM models up to LOD 450, conducting clash detection for coordination, and preparing MEP Building Services Layouts. Your expertise in Revit MEP modelling, Coordination & Creation of Shop-Drawings LOD 300 to LOD 500, and Revit-MEP Family Creation will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed BIM models (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and perform clash detection for coordination purposes. - Generate MEP Building Services Layouts and collaborate with engineers to produce design drawings and construction details. - Conduct thorough checks on drawings to identify discrepancies and errors, making necessary corrections to ensure project accuracy. - Develop spot details and Shop drawings to enhance plan clarity and detailing. - Coordinate MEP drawing activities with Architectural teams and create 3D Architectural and structural models based on 2D drawings, conducting clash detection for coordination. - Utilize engineering sizing tools for pipes, ducts, cables, etc., and extract Bill of Quantities (BOQs) & schedules for all MEP components like Pipes, cable trays, cables, ducts, valves, duct accessories. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and drawing. - Proficiency in modelling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and clash detection tools like Navisworks. - Strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical fields. - Good understanding of MEP & HVAC system components and their applications. - Experience working on projects in GCC countries and solid knowledge of BIM fundamentals, principles, and workflows.,
