Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our construction projects in Vadodara and Silvassa. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing design implementation, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely execution of MEP works in line with project specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, review, and implement MEP systems and layouts as per project requirements. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors for smooth execution of MEP works. Supervise on-site installation and testing of mechanical (HVAC, Fire Fighting), electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing according to design, standards, and safety protocols. Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Prepare material requisitions, work schedules, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Attend project meetings and provide updates on MEP work status. Resolve technical issues related to MEP work on-site. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 25 years of experience in MEP roles within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Good understanding of project timelines and resource planning. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel between project sites in Vadodara and Silvassa. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati preferred.
