Utilize CAD software to produce detailed drawings that reflect project requirements. Ensure that all drawings are clear, precise, and adhere to industry standards. Must be able to draft as-built drawings. 3. Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive records of all BOQ documents, drawings, and related correspondence. Document any changes in project scope or specifications that impact the BOQ. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering /civil engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in BOQ preparation and project management within the construction industry. Must have Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in CAD software for drawing preparation. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to lead a team of interdisciplinary engineers & vendors to effectively deliver the project.
