Hiring: Resident Construction Manager for industrial projects. Lead mechanical piping & structural works incl. HVAC, fire systems, utility/process pipelines. Review drawings, plan schedules, manage manpower, vendors & site operations. Required Candidate profile Ensure safety, quality & compliance. Prepare QAP/SWMS, supervise EHS norms, manage procurement, documentation, billing & team coordination, Manage mechanical installation works of mechanical construc.

Designing of ventilation and air condition installation with head load calculations and selection of equipment. Make sure that all bids are provided to the customers in a timely manner. Education / Experience Requirement Mechanical Engineering degree is required. 3-year experience VRF design and estimating required. CAD & Revit Design Experience is a plus. Specific Skills Required Excellent English Communication skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and capable of learning and using company proprietary software programs and vendor supplied pricing programs. Strong data entry skills, alpha and numeric. Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized. Good verbal, written and phone communication skills. Ability to read and understand architectural and mechanical drawings. Critical thinking and problem solving. Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Chillers/HVAC products / compressor / heavy machinery. Must have Industrial/direct sales experience. must be comfortable with travelling to South India. Must know the South India market of possibilities.
