Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be required to have a thorough understanding of design verification processes, including heat load estimation and pressure drop calculations for both air and water systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing water side and electrical schemes. Your knowledge of various equipment used in projects will be essential, as you will be involved in the selection of equipment such as chillers, pumps, AHUs, cooling towers, heat recovery units, fans, and ductless ventilation systems. It will be your responsibility to study tender specifications and ensure that projects are executed in compliance with these specifications. Value engineering techniques should be applied to identify opportunities for cost reduction in projects. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare final Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and variation statements. Your attention to detail and ability to work with project specifications will be crucial for the successful completion of projects.,
