HVAC Engineer (Oil & Gas) Back Office (Calicut) for UAE-based Company

Seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer with experience in the oil & gas sector to support a UAE-based Firm from a back office in Calicut, Kerala. The role involves design review, documentation, coordination, and remote project support without the need for site travel. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review HVAC system designs and calculations tailored to oil & gas projects. - Create, update, and manage technical documents, BOQs, and engineering reports. - Support tendering activities, including technical and commercial bid preparation. - Coordinate with UAE-based engineering, procurement, and construction teams via digital platforms. - Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and workflow tracking. - Interpret client specifications and ensure compliance with international standards. - Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and value engineering initiatives. - Maintain accurate project records and submit regular progress reports. - Participate in remote meetings, reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field. - 3+ years of experience as an HVAC engineer in the oil & gas sector. - Proficient in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, etc.). - Strong understanding of oil & gas industry standards (ASME, API, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite. - Previous experience in back office/project coordination roles is a plus. - Experience in preparing HVAC submittals, calculations, and technical documentation. - Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary remote teams.
