HVAC Designer

DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, energy efficiency standards, and building codes. The HVAC Designer will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that HVAC systems are functional, efficient, and compliant with all regulations. As an HVAC Designer, you will be expected to create detailed design drawings, perform load calculations, select appropriate HVAC equipment, and prepare project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components
• Create detailed design drawings using CAD software
• Ensure compliance with building codes and energy standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Participate in project meetings and coordination efforts
• Support construction teams during installation and commissioning
