Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer with a strong background in clean room environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing and detailing HVAC systems that comply with GMP guidelines and cleanroom standards for pharmaceutical and high-precision manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities Design HVAC systems for cleanroom environments, including air handling units (AHUs), ducting, HEPA filtration, and pressure zoning. Prepare HVAC layouts, air flow diagrams, zoning layouts, and equipment schedules using AutoCAD/Revit. Perform heat load calculations and select appropriate HVAC equipment. Coordinate with electrical, civil, and process teams to integrate HVAC systems with overall project design. Assist in BOQ preparation, technical submittals, and client approval processes. Support project execution teams during installation, testing, and commissioning phases. Ensure designs support energy efficiency and cleanroom integrity (temperature, humidity, and pressure control). Qualifications Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in HVAC design, specifically for cleanroom/controlled environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD and cleanroom design standards.
