Communication & Reporting • Prepare cost proposals and support documentation for submission to clients or internal stakeholders. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. 7. Tools & Software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), basic AutoCAD or estimation tools (as applicable).
