You will be joining a reputable and dynamic shipping agency as a Husbandry Agent. The company is currently looking for experienced professionals who are well-versed in husbandry operations, including tasks such as coordinating crew changes, managing cash to master, organizing spares & stores, and handling port operations. As a Husbandry Agent, your primary location will be in Chennai. Therefore, you should be open to relocating to Chennai if you are not currently based there. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with Ships Agency Service Agreement (SASA) Account Sales to monitor service performance for husbandry port calls. Additionally, you will be expected to lead and develop your team by conducting performance evaluations, providing regular feedback, offering guidance, and providing coaching. It will be crucial for you to ensure optimal resource allocation, maintain compliance with processes, and drive continuous improvement within the team. Upholding full compliance with Husbandry Agency SOPs and Supplier Governance will also be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, applicants must possess a graduate degree to be considered for this opportunity.,
